Teaching

Over the first two years of my PhD, I developed a strong interest in teaching. My teaching experience covers courses in sociology and quantitative methods.

Lecturer

  • Introduction to Sociology (ENSAE Paris, Bachelor’s level, Fall 2024)
Designed and taught in collaboration with a colleague, this introductory course introduced students to the core concepts, theoretical perspectives, and methodological tools of sociology, as well as to more applied sociological topics.

Teaching assistant

  • Surveys (ENSAE Paris, Master’s level, Fall 2023, 2024 and 2025)
Tutorial sessions introducing principles of inference in finite population sampling, classical sampling designs, and weighting and calibration methods to correct for non-response. Prof. Guillaume Chauvet

  • Descriptive statistics with R (ENSAE Paris, Bachelor’s level, Fall 2025) Tutorial sessions introducing the basics of the R programming language for descriptive statistics and data visualization. Prof. Nicolas Baradel

  • Econometrics (ENSAE Paris, Master’s level, Spring 2024 and 2025) Tutorial sessions covering advanced econometric methods, including Difference-in-Differences, linear panel data models, and regression discontinuity designs. The course also introduced nonlinear models for limited dependent variables, such as logit and probit models, as well as censored and selection models (Tobit, sample selection, and truncation models).

  • Introduction to Sociology (ENSAE Paris, Bachelor’s level, Fall 2025) Tutorial sessions focused on reading and discussing research articles, as well as introducing students to document analysis in social science.

  • Introduction to Statistics (ENSAE Paris, Bachelor’s level, Spring 2024) Tutorials for a course on statistical modeling, estimation, and hypothesis testing, with applications to the multiple linear model in econometrics (examples and simulations in economics, finance, and biostatistics
